Thank you very much for registering to participate to the AICCSA 2025 Conference. Please confirm and check your paper(s) EasyChair ID prior to your registration, then start the registration by following the right link located at the bottom of this page. 

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the AICCSA 2025 Conference Organizers.

Authors Registration 

Registration deadline for authors: September 01, 2025 (for authors and early registrations).  After the deadline, the registration cost will increase %15

• Please note all accepted papers must be registered with full fee before the deadline. Otherwise, they will be deleted from the conference proceedings and not included in the program.
• The number of pages is limited to 8 for one full research paper, 6 pages for the workshops and joint symposiums, and 2 pages for the PhD Forum. 
• Up to 2 extra pages are allowed for full research papers and will be charged $100 per page.
• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present his/her accepted paper. Otherwise, the paper (even if it was accepted or a registration was completed) will not be included in the proceeding.
• A registration covers one paper. Authors of multiple accepted paper will benefit from a discount as follows: second paper 30% off and third paper at 50% off. However, if any author attending the conference needs to pay the full registration fee. For discount codes, please email us [email protected] with the description of your papers and we will provide you the required discount code.

Attendees/Participants Registration 

Early registration deadline for participants: September 15, 2025

The full conference registration (non-discounted registrations for students ($420 and $505) and full registrations ($600 and $720)) covers attendance to the conference including technical events (e.g., conference tracks, keynote speakers, workshops, symposium) and social activities (e.g., lunch and coffee breaks, gala dinner). 

The registration does not include hotel, accommodation or travel fees. 

All student authors are welcome to join the PhD forum, even if they have not submitted a paper.
