Registration

Thank you very much for registering to participate to the AICCSA 2025 Conference. Please confirm and check your paper(s) EasyChair ID prior to your registration, then start the registration by following the right link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the registration chair Salma Sassi ([email protected]).

Registration deadline for authors: September 05, 2025. The registration does not include hotel, accommodation or travel fees. Please note all accepted papers must be registered with full fee before the deadline. Otherwise, they will be deleted from the conference proceedings and not included in the program. It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present his/her accepted paper. Otherwise, the paper (even if it was accepted or a registration was completed) will not be included in the proceeding.

Regular Authors Registration 

• The number of pages is limited to 8 for one full research paper, 6 pages for the workshops and joint symposiums, and 4 pages for short pages. 
• You can buy up to 2 extra pages are allowed for full research papers, and only 1 extra page maximum for papers accepted in workshops and symposium. No extra pages are allowed for short papers which must be less than 4 pages.

Student Authors Registration 

To be eligible to this fee, you need first to send a scanned copy of your student ID to: [email protected] (please CC Salma Sassi [email protected])

All student authors are welcome to join the PhD forum, even if they have not submitted a paper.

Attendees/Participants Registration

• The conference registration fees (discounted and full) covers attendance to the conference including technical events (e.g., conference tracks, keynote speakers, workshops, symposium) and social activities (e.g., lunch, coffee breaks, and gala dinner).
• The registration does not include hotel, accommodation or travel fees.

All student authors are welcome to join the PhD forum, even if they have not submitted a paper.
