Please execute the following instructions and steps in order:

1) Paper formatting:

  • Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines, where manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format. 
  • Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings, to prepare your revised manuscript:  http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • Please, DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission. Verify/Convert your document to be IEEE Xplore–compatible PDF. Please use the recommended Template(s) when preparing your camera-ready version, and convert your manuscript to a PDF document.

2) Paper Length:

  • Full papers: 8 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).
  • Short papers: 5 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 1 extra page are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).
  • Symposium, special tracks and workshop papers: 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).
  • PhD forum papers: 4 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 1 extra page are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).

3) Register your paper: 

  • Inclusion in the proceedings requires at least one author registration; otherwise, the paper will be excluded.
  • Visit the registration page and follow the steps to register. 

4) Submit your paper to IEEE (through the IEEE portal, not through Easychair): 

Important note: 

For an accepted paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one author must register for AND present the paper at the conference (online or in person). Failure to meet either requirement will result in the paper being excluded from the proceedings (even if the final paper was summitted successfully).
