- Presentation duration: 10-12 minutes and 3 minutes for Q&A (15 minutes in total).
- Presentation file upload:
- File upload deadline (strict): 17 October, 23:59 Doha local time).
- The final version of your presentation must be in PDF format.
- Look up the date and the session number where your paper is scheduled for presentation from the program.
- Name your file as follow: SessionNumber_TitleOfPaper.pdf.
- Upload the file through the LINK.
- Online presentations will be through Microsoft Teams:
- The online rooms will be published on the website on 18 October. There will be four parallel online rooms running throughout the day.
- To know which room you have to join, check the program, the link to the online room will be published next to the session where your paper has to be presented.
