From autonomous agents and large language models to knowledge graphs and human-centered intelligent interfaces, the boundaries between Web engineering, machine intelligence, and knowledge management are becoming increasingly intertwined.

This Special Track, hosted within WISE 2026, provides a dedicated forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to present and discuss state-of-the-art advances at the intersection of Web intelligence, semantic technologies, and AI-enabled systems. Contributions addressing theoretical foundations, system design, experimental evaluation, or real-world deployment are all welcome.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section title=”Topics of Interest (But not limited to)” tab_id=”1669785090648-608172ee-d777″][vc_column_text]The Special Track welcomes original and unpublished contributions covering, but not limited to, the following topics:

Web Intelligence & Agentic AI

Autonomous agents and LLMs operating on the Web

AI-driven Web personalization, recommendation, and adaptation

Social media intelligence, opinion mining, and sentiment analysis

Web-based intelligent decision support systems

Machine Intelligence & Learning Systems

Deep learning and neural architectures for Web-scale data

Federated, continual, and privacy-preserving learning on the Web

Explainable, fair, and trustworthy AI systems

Multimodal learning and cross-modal Web data integration

Semantics & Knowledge Technologies

Ontology design, reasoning, and semantic interoperability

Knowledge graph construction, enrichment, and querying

Semantic search, question answering, and information retrieval

Neuro-symbolic systems and hybrid knowledge representations

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) on the Web

Human-Centered Web Intelligence

Human-AI interaction and cognitive Web interfaces

Ethics, fairness, and transparency in AI-driven Web systems

AI for digital accessibility, inclusion, and social good

User experience design for intelligent Web applications

Web Infrastructure & Intelligent Systems

Scalable architectures for AI-powered Web services

Edge and cloud computing for semantic and AI workloads

Web3, blockchain, and decentralized intelligence

Streaming analytics, real-time Web intelligence, and event processing

Applications & Societal Impact

Smart cities, IoT, and sensor Web systems

E-governance, digital public services, and open data

Health informatics, clinical AI, and bio-Web intelligence

AI in education, cultural heritage, sustainability, and beyond

[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Paper Submission Guidelines” tab_id=”1778952201377-56c357f8-bbb9″][vc_column_text]All submissions for this special track must be written in English and conform to the Springer LNCS proceedings format with the following page limits: 15 pages for papers including references.
