{"id":4152,"date":"2023-07-21T12:10:46","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T12:10:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/medes2025\/?page_id=4152"},"modified":"2026-01-06T18:27:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T18:27:10","slug":"camera-ready-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/medes2025\/camera-ready-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Camera-Ready Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Dear Authors of MEDES 2025 Accepted papers,<\/p>\n<p>The conference proceedings will be published in a volume of \u201cCommunications in Computer and Information Science\u201d (CCIS) by Springer.<\/p>\n<p>CCIS\u00a0volumes are indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), part of Clarivate Analytics\u2019 Web of Science; Scopus; EI Engineering Index; Google Scholar; DBLP; etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Paper Revision<\/h3>\n<p>In order to prepare the camera ready of your paper, please carefully study the reviewers\u2019 comments supplied to you previously by email and revise your paper accordingly.<\/p>\n<h3>Paper Length<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Full papers (Main Conference and Workshops): up to <strong>14 pages<\/strong>\u00a0(including references and appendixes).<\/li>\n<li>Short papers (Main Conference and Workshops): up to <strong>10 pages<\/strong>\u00a0(including references and appendixes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Formatting Guidelines<\/h3>\n<p>All authors are kindly asked to follow the CCIS\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ffbb00;\" href=\"https:\/\/2021.hci.international\/files\/Springer_Guidelines_for_Authors_of_Proceedings_CS.pdf\">Author Formatting Guidelines<\/a>\u00a0from Springer for the preparation of their manuscripts. The Author Guidelines document summarizes how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using predefined styles, etc. It also gives some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Please only use the following Springer proceedings templates, for LaTeX or for MS Word<\/strong>, for the preparation of your papers:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a style=\"color: #ffbb00;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Springer encourages authors to include their\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ffbb00;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/hbsa4D\">ORCIDs<\/a>\u00a0in their papers.<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure also that your paper contains<strong>\u00a0no page numbers<\/strong>. This information will be added by the conference publication team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Copyright Form<\/h3>\n<p>The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a\u00a0<strong>Consent-to-Publish form<\/strong>.
