Authors of accepted papers should read the following instructions regarding the publication process of their contribution for APWeb-WAIM 2026.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Paper Revision<\/h3>\n
In order to prepare the camera ready of your paper, please carefully study the reviewers\u2019 comments supplied to you previously and revise your paper accordingly. The proceedings of main conference and workshops of APWeb-WAIM 2026 will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) respectively.<\/p>\n
Paper Length (references are exempt from the page count)<\/h3>\n

- Full Research Papers: up to 15 pages<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Short Papers: up to 8 pages<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Demo Papers: up to 4\u00a0pages<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Industry Papers:\u00a0up to 10 pages<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Workshop Papers: up to 12 pages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Formatting Guidelines<\/h3>\n
All authors are kindly asked to follow the Author Formatting Guidelines<\/a>\u00a0from Springer for the preparation of their manuscripts. The Author Guidelines document summarizes how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using predefined styles, etc. It also gives some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.<\/p>\n

- Please only use the following Springer proceedings templates, for LaTeX or for MS Word<\/strong>, for the preparation of your papers: https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines<\/a><\/li>\n
- Springer encourages authors to include their\u00a0ORCIDs<\/a>\u00a0in their papers.<\/li>\n
- Please make sure also that your paper contains\u00a0no page numbers<\/strong>. This information will be added by the conference publication team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Copyright Form<\/h3>\n
The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a\u00a0Consent-to-Publish form<\/strong><\/a>. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper.<\/p>\n

Once the files have been sent to Springer,

You need to fill in and sign the copyright form to be downloaded here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Authors interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to\u00a0Springer webpage\u00a0<\/a>for prices and additional information. Springer needs\u00a0the invoicing address and the CC-BY license-to-publish agreement at the same time as the files for the publication.<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT NOTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

- One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.<\/li>\n
- Modified forms are not acceptable.<\/li>\n
- The \u201cTitle of the Contribution\u201d (i.e., paper title) and the List of Authors should match exactly the title and the list of authors of the paper.<\/li>\n
- Machine-typed signatures and digital signatures are NOT acceptable by Springer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
