All papers should be in PDF format.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings, to prepare your revised manuscript:\u00a0 <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please, DO NOT include headers\/footers or page numbers in the final submission. Verify\/Convert your document to be IEEE Xplore\u2013compatible PDF. Please use the recommended Template(s) when preparing your camera-ready version, and convert your manuscript to a PDF document.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>2) Paper Length:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Full papers<\/strong><\/span>: <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>8 pages<\/strong><\/span> (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Short papers<\/strong><\/span>: <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>5 pages<\/strong><\/span> (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 1 extra page are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Symposium, special tracks and workshop papers<\/strong><\/span>: <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>6 pages<\/strong><\/span> (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>PhD forum papers<\/strong><\/span>:<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> 4<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>\u00a0pages<\/strong><\/span> (including all figures, tables, and references). Up to 1 extra page are allowed per paper (must be purchased at registration time).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>3) Register your paper:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inclusion in the proceedings requires at least one author registration; otherwise, the paper will be excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Visit the<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/aiccsa2025\/registration\/\">registration page<\/a> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and follow the steps to register.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>4) Submit your paper to IEEE (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">through the IEEE portal, not through Easychair<\/span>):\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please do not execute this step before registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow the submission steps on the IEEE<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/ieeeexpressconferencepublishing.ieee.org\/confid\/author-instructions-for-aiccsa-2025\/\">submission portal for IEEE AICCSA 2025<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Important note:\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For an accepted paper to be included in the proceedings, <strong>at least one author must register for <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">AND<\/span> present the paper at the conference (online or in person)<\/strong>.
