The ACS\/IEEE International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA)<\/strong> is the premier conference covering all contemporary areas in computer systems and applications. It implements an international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and practitioners to report and share groundbreaking contributions in various IT fields that range from distributed computing to data science, security and machine learning. AICCSA 2025 will be held in Doha, Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracks<\/h3><\/div>

Submissions may include, technical and experimental study, theoretical study, conceptual study, or a survey. All submissions will be peer-reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity. The submissions should be assigned to one of the following tracks:
\u2022 Track 1:<\/strong> Ubiquitous, Parallel and Distributed Computing (including cloud, IoT, network, sensors, and blockchain technologies)
\u2022 Track 2:<\/strong> Security, Privacy, and Trust
\u2022 Track 3:<\/strong> Data science, knowledge engineering, and ontologies (including Information Retrieval, Big Data, Databases and Knowledge Systems)
\u2022 Track 4:<\/strong> Artificial Intelligence & Cognitive Systems
\u2022 Track 5:<\/strong> Natural Language Processing
\u2022 Track 6:<\/strong> Multimedia, Computer Vision, and Image Processing<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Publication in Journals (New<\/mark>) <\/h3><\/div>

The best papers will be invited for publication in the journals:\u00a0Computing (Springer Journal),\u00a0The World Wide Web (WWW Journal by Springer), Expert Systems and SN Computer Science (Springer Journal)<\/mark><\/mark><\/strong>, following a round of extension and revision.<\/mark><\/mark><\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Submissions Guidelines and Proceedings<\/h3><\/div>

Manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5\u2033 x 11\u2033 two-column conference format. All papers must not exceed 8 pages and should be exported in PDF format and anonymous since IEEE AICCSA manages a double-blind review process.
The official language for the conference is English.

Plagiarism and acknowledging the use of AI tools<\/h3><\/div>

All the accepted submissions will be cross-checked for plagiarism by IEEE. The papers found to be plagiarized will be rejected and not considered for publication in the proceedings.

If applicable, the authors must acknowledge the use of generative AI in the development of ideas and concepts and\/or in generating content (e.g., images, text) for their paper. The authors must provide a description of the AI tool used, how the information was generated, including the prompts they used, and the date accessed. The acknowledgment could be added as a footnote or at the end of the reference section.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Best Paper and Distinguished Papers Awards<\/h3><\/div>

The Best Paper Award will be given to the paper that the Program Committee judges to be the best in quality, execution, and impact among all the accepted papers in the conference. For this purpose, a selection of candidate papers will be made, which will also be awarded with a diploma of Distinguished Papers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Proceedings<\/h3><\/div>

Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings (IEEE XPlore), and be indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection databases.
The authors of selected best papers will be invited to extend their contributions for special issues.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
