{"id":1108,"date":"2025-10-13T09:14:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T09:14:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/aiccsa2025\/?page_id=1108"},"modified":"2025-10-15T17:52:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T17:52:52","slug":"paper-presentation-instructions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/aiccsa2025\/paper-presentation-instructions\/","title":{"rendered":"Paper Presentation Instructions"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li><strong>Presentation duration<\/strong>: 10-12 minutes and 3 minutes for Q&amp;A (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>15 minutes in total<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presentation file upload<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>File upload deadline (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>strict<\/strong><\/span>): <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>17 October, 23:59 Doha local time<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li>The final version of your presentation must be in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>PDF format<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Look up the <strong>date<\/strong> and the <strong>session number<\/strong> where your paper is scheduled for presentation from the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/conferences.sigappfr.org\/aiccsa2025\/aiccsa-2025-program\/\">program<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Name your file as follow: <em>SessionNumber_TitleOfPaper.pdf.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Upload the file through the<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdQmhkL7_ET19bOb56-cCNA2f2Vx79CsCNR6IqlYYTaWPx_ZQ\/viewform?usp=header\">LINK<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online presentations will be through<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Microsoft Teams<\/strong><\/span>:\n<ul>\n<li>The online rooms will be published on the website on <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>18 October<\/strong><\/span>.
